In the midst of reading a deep book, that requires a lot of inner healing work, I decided to take a break with this Five Below find. The Power of Numbers by Jessica Allen really helped me gain insight into numbers. I have always been one to have numbers jump out at me and I will look up angel numbers all the time. This book has all of that in within the pages. She writes about core numbers, double digits, and angel numbers. She helps you to figure out your life path number, personality number, destiny number, and hearts desire number. As if that was not enough, she also writes about your personal year number, personal month number, and your home number. I learned that the house I sold was a number 4 and the apartment I moved to is also a number 4! How crazy is that? This just shows how much a thrive in stability. If you live near a Five Below, I highly suggest stopping to see if they have this book. General Rating: 4/5 Value Rating: 4/5

If you are interested in mediumship and want a better understanding of physical mediumship, this book is for you. Spirit Energy by Rev. Joanna Bartlett is short but mighty. I read this book while reading Practical Mediumship. (Because as many of you might know, I tend to read several books at a time). Any who, Rev. Joanna did a great job discussing types of physical mediumship as well as how to get started. This includes table tipping, trumpet voices, trance channeling plus so much more. She gave a lot of great tips about how to get started! Being an 80’s/90’s kid, I really enjoyed her explanation of Ectoplasm (Ghostbusters, anyone?) After finishing this book, I rewatched the movie Ghostbusters. I did find some relatable info in the movie, but I think I prefer the TV show. General Rating: 5/5 Value Rating: 5/5 |
AuthorI have noticed that every time I start reading a book, I can find some parts of myself in it. This makes me wonder how it is possible to connect so deeply with the author and the topic. However, I have learned to trust the books that come into my life. This blog is about the books I have read and the adventures they take me on. I will be rating each book on two scales: a general rating and a rating on how each book has added value to my life. Current Reading List:Archives
